Webinar: How Occupational Hygiene and Health can work together

Focusing on the areas of collaboration between occupational health and occupational hygiene, IOM's Head of Workplace protection delivered this webinar to The Association of Occupational Health and Wellbeing Professionals. 

In this session he points to how occupational hygienists play a vital role in identifying and managing workplace risks to protect and enhance worker health, including exposure to chemicals, fumes, noise and vibration. Showing how they can work collaboratively with occupational health practitioners to create complementary, informed, and effective multi-disciplinary teams.  

By doing so it improves the health screening processes, advance knowledge of potential exposure levels, and improve workplace controls, ultimately benefiting people and organisations everywhere.
