Our extensive and highly experienced team have provided the court with independent and authoritative evidence over a uniquely wide range of areas in environmental health and safety, including dust and noise impact assessments, environmental impact assessments and planning appeals.

Our services

We employ a number of highly qualified and experienced environmental consultants who can provide the Courts or Planning Inquiries with expert witness evidence in relation to noise and dust emissions from proposed roads, quarries and open cast mining sites.

We provide expert evidence on human health risk in relation to potential or actual exposures to air pollution from:

  • Planned development of industrial installations – e.g. biomass or conventionally fuelled power stations
  • Following incidents such as fires etc
  • Industrial emissions
  • Contaminated land
  • Consumer exposures
