IOM has a wholly owned UK subsidiary company, IOM Consulting Limited.
IOM Consulting provides a range of consultancy services to the public and private sector. This work is generally not for publication but is closely aligned with the charitable purpose of the IOM in its range of subject matter and in its independent positioning.
SAFENANO
SAFENANO is IOM’s Centre of Excellence in Nanotechnology Safety, providing industry, academia and governments with independent, authoritative expertise and state-of-the-art facilities to address risk and safety issues.
Established in 2006 with initial support from the UK Government, SAFENANO has grown to become one of the leading international providers of nanosafety and risk research and consultancy services in the world.
SAFENANO brings together multi-disciplinary expertise in hazard, exposure and risk assessment, using current best practice and international standards for particle measurement, toxicology, occupational hygiene and risk management.
