IOM is proud to join 28 organisations, including CIPD and SOM, in urging the government to invest in workplace support for women’s health. IOM fully supports the open letter to Employment Minister, Alison McGovern, highlighting the need for policies addressing menopause, menstruation, fertility challenges, pregnancy and baby loss.

The letter calls for:

– A review of workplace support for women’s health.
– A campaign to motivate employers to create supportive environments.
– Wider access to occupational health services.

Women face significant health challenges that impact their careers and economic growth. By improving employer policies and providing access to occupational health support, more women can remain in fulfilling work.

Support the mission to advocate for change and enhance women’s health at work.
