Matthew leads operational delivery and quality control across IOM Consulting’s occupational hygiene and healthcare ventilation services, bringing more than 20 years of professional experience in operational leadership and service delivery.
With seven years of experience in occupational hygiene and healthcare, he has managed complex programmes, including healthcare ventilation verification and validation for NHS trusts and the mobilisation of a national occupational hygiene contract for a major UK transport organisation.
Matthew works closely with clients and technical specialists to understand project requirements, coordinate resources and maintain high standards of service delivery. His collaborative approach helps ensure projects are delivered efficiently, with practical solutions that meet client needs and support workplace health and safety.
