It has been a pleasure to work with IOM. The team have been great colleagues in our projects over the last couple of years. Everyone we have worked with has been friendly, solution-driven and knowledgeable. Throughout the time we have worked with IOM, they have continued to innovate and look for better ways to deliver their service. The discrete environmental monitoring IOM carried out with us developed into a continuous monitoring service, which was a real game changer. Simple to use and giving us instant access to data, the continuous monitoring solution allowed us to be confident of our ventilation performance under the changing conditions of everyday use. The continuous stream of data also allows us to immediately identify and manage uncharacteristic and lost ventilation performance, and so protecting our users.
