Michelle is the Managing Director of IOM Consulting Limited. She joined IOM in January 2018 and brings more than 20 years of experience across people, organisational development and leadership.
Her background spans strategic planning, workforce efficiency, systems development, organisational development, learning and development, recruitment and retention, benefits, employee relations, policy and internal communications.
Michelle combines people leadership with practical organisational experience, helping shape the culture, systems and working environment that support IOM Consulting’s technical teams and clients.
