At IOM, our dedicated team of experts have provided evidence over many years in civil litigation cases in the UK and the Republic of Ireland. Our health and safety specialists, ergonomists and occupational hygienists have provided the courts with independent and authoritative evidence in a wide range of occupational health and safety disciplines. These include human factors, accident investigation, manual handling, upper limb disorders, allergic and contact dermatitis, asbestos related diseases, other respiratory diseases and occupational  cancers.

We are also involved in indoor air quality issues with particular reference to passive smoking and occupational asthma in the leisure industry. We also provide expert witness evidence at planning inquiries in relation to noise and dust emissions from proposed roads, quarries and open cast mining sites.
