IOM: Independence and Impartiality
In our research and consultancy we aim to deliver answers and solutions that are based on science and experience, are reliable, ethical and impartial, and meet the needs of the client.
Where potential conflicts of interest arise, we declare them and agree with the client(s) how they are managed. When we agree to continue to work in such situations we strive to be impartial, accurate and fair.
Our personnel acting as expert witness in a dispute maintain this impartiality whether acting as a single joint expert or for one party in the dispute. IOM is equally available for work on behalf of plaintiffs/pursuers or defendants.
Our clients recognise our independence and impartiality, and value us for it.
