No Fit Test Respirator Workshop
NIOSH is holding a “No Fit Test” Respirator Workshop on November 6th, 2008. The aim of the Workshop is to assess the current state of the art regarding negative pressure, half-facepiece respirators and examine how the latest material technology such as shape-changing polymers can improve respirator designs. This includes the long-term possibility of moving away from current fit testing requirements.
