IOM report on the health risks of London Underground dust
- Report (December 2003).
During
2002/03 an experienced team, comprising senior researchers
from the IOM and the Universities of Aberdeen and Edinburgh
carried out an independent study to assess the potential
health effects of exposure to tunnel dust
in the London Underground.
The study focused on long-term exposure and the risks to workers, but it also included an assessment of risks to the travelling public.
