BUPA Foundation Health at Work Award 2008
Dr Lisa Birrell and fellow recipients of the BUPA Foundation Health at Work Award
This year's BUPA Foundation Health at Work Award has been won by a team which included Dr Lisa Birrell, the IOM's Director of Clinical Services. The award is presented annually in recognition of excellence in the field of occupational medicine. This year’s award, presented earlier this month at a ceremony in London, was for a study entitled ‘The management of work-relevant upper limb disorders’. This was based on work originally commissioned by the Health and Safety Executive and published as an HSE Research Report. The full report can be accessed via this link:
