REACH and Occupational Hygiene - BOHS Scottish Region meeting on 30th November at IOM, Edinburgh
British Occupational Hygiene Society (BOHS)
IOM will host a BOHS Scottish Region meeting on Friday 30th November ( 4pm to 6pm) at our Edinburgh headquarters. The subject of the meeting, which is organised by BOHS's REACH Steering Group, is REACH and Occupational Hygiene. REACH affects fundamental aspects of occupational hygiene practice, and occupational hygienists are well equipped to play a key role for all those involved in the regulatory process and the supply and use of chemicals.
Steve Bailey of GSK, and BOHS's current President-elect and member of its REACH Steering Group, will be presenting alongside Alison Searl of IOM.
REACH is also the focus of a BOHS one-day technical seminar entitled 'REACH beyond 2007', which is being held at the Maritime Museum in Liverpool on 31st October. Details of this event are available on the BOHS web site at....
