IOM presentations at the British Occupational Hygiene Conference
IOM staff have presented eight papers at the British Occupational Hygiene Society (BOHS) conference in Glasgow. These papers showcase the range of research work that our exposure scientists undertake, and included:
- Dr Martie van Tongeren giving a plenary session lecture on extremely low frequency magnetic fields
- Dr Karen Creely speaking about temporal trends in respirable dust and quartz exposure in UK quarries
- Dr Sean Semple describing changes in second hand smoke exposure after the smoking ban in Scotland
- Yvette Christopher talking about "toxic ingestion"
