Online Library now available
All IOM research reports are now freely available for download from our web site at http://www.iom-world.org/research/libraryentry.php
The IOM has published over four hundred and fifty research reports, covering many important risks to health from work. These comprise an important historical record of occupational health research in the UK, particularly in the coal industry.
Registration with the IOM online library gives access to Institute research reports from 1969 to the present. The database allows searching by author, subject and keywords.
Commentaries on IOM research findings were written by two former directors of the IOM: Professor Anthony Seaton (1969-1990) and Dr Colin Soutar (1990-2005). These commentaries are also available on the IOM web site and include hyperlinks to key IOM publications.
The scanning of the historical research reports was funded by a grant from the Wellcome Trust.
