Professor Ken Donaldson joins IOM as an Honorary Principal Scientist

We are pleased to announce that Ken Donaldson, Scientific Director of the ELEGI Colt Laboratory and Professor of Respiratory Toxicology at the University of Edinburgh, has become an Honorary Principal Scientist at IOM. Ken has collaborated extensively with researchers at IOM, most recently in relation to the potential risks from nanomaterials and the SnIRC initiative. In making this announcement, Dr John Cherrie, Research Director at IOM, said "This appointment will help to strengthen the links we have with Professor Donaldson's group and will offer further opportunities for us to work together on important issues concerning the safety of new materials."
